1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the rt33 website, or using any of our Services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rt33. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use rt33 Services if you are subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from gambling, including but not limited to court orders, parental restrictions, or self-exclusion programs.

3.4 Single Account Rule

You are permitted to hold only one account with rt33. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using accounts under false names is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use rt33 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and payment details. All information provided must match official government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify rt33 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. rt33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rt33 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals or account closure. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all corners of the document.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your personal details change (address, phone number, email), you are required to update your account information promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

rt33 supports deposits through various Indonesian banking and e-wallet methods, including but not limited to Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 2-5 minutes of confirmation. rt33 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name – third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

5.3 Deposit Limits

rt33 offers responsible gaming deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. These limits are designed to help you manage your gambling budget. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour waiting period, while requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

5.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against rt33 without valid justification constitutes a breach of these Terms. If you dispute a legitimate transaction, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and you may be held liable for the disputed amount plus any associated administrative costs. rt33 reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover disputed funds.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw funds from your rt33 account, you must have completed identity verification (KYC), met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses, and have a positive account balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

rt33 processes withdrawal requests within 15-60 minutes during standard business hours (WIB timezone), provided all verification requirements are met. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience slight delays. Bank transfer processing times depend on your financial institution and are beyond rt33's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members may qualify for higher withdrawal limits based on their account tier. Exceptionally large withdrawal requests may be paid in installments at rt33's discretion.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

rt33 does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard payment methods. Your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to deduct administrative fees from withdrawals if your account shows minimal or no betting activity (less than 1x turnover of deposited funds).

7. Betting Rules and Regulations

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on rt33 are subject to acceptance by our system. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or violations of these Terms. If a bet is cancelled, your stake will be returned to your account.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of that sport. Settlement is final unless obvious errors are discovered. rt33's decision on bet settlement is final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of bet settlement.

7.3 In-Play (Live) Betting

Live betting odds and markets are subject to rapid change based on real-time events. There may be slight delays in updating odds due to internet latency. Bets placed after the outcome is already known (late bets) will be voided. rt33 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.

7.4 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are governed by the specific rules published within each game. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games as specified in game rules.

7.5 Special Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (online cockfighting) are subject to additional specific rules detailed in their respective sections on the platform. Results are determined by official third-party sources and are final. rt33 acts as a betting facilitator and is not responsible for the outcomes of these events.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rt33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. These terms include wagering requirements (typically 5x-30x the bonus amount), time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and eligible games. 8.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rt33 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, exploiting software bugs, or any other activity intended to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds forfeited.

8.4 Right to Modify or Cancel

rt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual users from participating in bonuses or promotions at our sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rt33 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any tools designed to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Money laundering or using rt33 services for any illegal purpose
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment sources
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other users or staff
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or odds through technical means
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our software source code

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

rt33 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available 24/7 without interruption. We are not liable for service downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. 10.2 Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or obvious pricing mistakes, rt33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a technical error results in incorrect crediting of funds to your account, you must notify us immediately, and we reserve the right to deduct incorrectly credited amounts.

10.3 No Warranty

rt33 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rt33 disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.4 Limitation of Damages

rt33's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount of deposits you made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim. rt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

11.2 Termination by rt33

rt33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, prolonged inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to rt33, provided your account is in good standing and you have not violated these Terms.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use rt33 Services immediately ceases. All pending bets will be settled according to their normal rules. Terminated accounts cannot be reopened except at rt33's sole discretion following review of the circumstances.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to rt33's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of rt33 Services shall be resolved according to these governing laws.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
